If there is one thing I have learned in 15 years of event planning, it’s that you have to have a Plan B. In the face of Covid-19, so many couples are being faced with the choice to reschedule their wedding, downsize their plans or put everything on pause.
We WILL gather again. We will celebrate and my friends, it will be so much sweeter.
But in the meantime, I understand wanting to mark your original wedding day with the sacred ceremony of marriage. While the hugs with your bridesmaids, toasting a room filled with your family & friends and dancing the night away on a packed dancefloor may have to wait, saying your vows and becoming a married couple does not have to be put on hold.
The heart of my business is creating experiences and moments that become cherished memories. Now more than ever, I want to be able to provide that in a way that serves my clients no matter what the size of their event.
We want to provide a wedding day that is enjoyable, memorable and safe for you and your family and friends.
It is of utmost importance that we are providing services in a manner that protects you and our vendors.
The team of professionals we have on board are trained specifically with safety in mind and all have a heart to serve and create an experience that frees you from stress and worry.
With some amazing local partners in Central Kentucky, I have created an all-inclusive intimate “micro” wedding experience for you and your closest family and friends.
This small-scale celebration that will have all that you need to make your wedding day one to remember.
This service will be turnkey in which I will provide you with an intimate location that has been handpicked for this special type of event, a curated team of vendors who are my tried and true, with every detail planned for you. All you will have to do is show up!
Offering some hand holding and hugs (virtually) right now to all couples who are experiencing disappointment and stress during what was meant to be some of your happiest days. I want to help bring back some of the joy and I want you to still have that chance to walk down the aisle to your happily ever after. The plan may look a little different, but at the end of the day you will be married to "your person" and that is what matters most. Questions?

So, you’re interested? Go ahead and reach out. Let's chat about how we can make your day intimate and memorable.
First up, let's find a date and location that are perfect for your love story. I have partnered with local venues and vendors that want to provide you with everything you need for the 'best day ever'.
You tell me about the flowers you love, the wedding cake you have been dreaming of, the first meal you want to have as husband and wife... and I take care of all of it for you - contracts, invoices, all of it. One stop shopping at it's finest!
We will follow all regulations set forth by the CDC and local leadership. The total number of attendees will be based on the current CDC guidelines and will be updated as the situation evolves. As of May 2020, the CDC guidelines allow for a total of 10 people (taking precautions of social distancing and encouraging the use of facial masks). Each week we will re-evaluate the new guidelines.
The beauty of this is the majority of your vendors will provide “shadow service” meaning you will never even see them. Amber B will place all orders and logistics will be handled in advance on your behalf. For example, chairs will be set-up in advance, catering, cake, flowers will be dropped off and staged in advance to eliminate/minimize any face to face contact.
On this day, you can revel in every precious second with your future spouse. All of the details have been handled. All you have to do is say "I do" and soak in the moments that will become forever memories.
